Site inspection
We visit the apartment, building or campus and walk every paintable surface — exterior, interiors, staircase, basement, terrace and common areas — so nothing is guessed from drawings alone.
Laser measurement
Each zone is measured with laser distance meters for length, width and height. Openings, projections, grills, columns and beams are captured as their own line items.
Category split
Readings are grouped into six building groups and twelve categories, then broken into line items — facade, rooms, stairs, metal, tanks — so a quotation can be built section by section.
Detailed report
You receive a complete paintable area report with clarifications for every zone, sample totals in sq.ft, and notes that contractors can use without a second site visit.
Quote-ready handover
The finished report uses the same quantities a contractor or paint desk can quote from, so offers can be compared without a second survey.
